I think that’s what people mean when they use the phrase “kid at heart.” It’s not about immaturity; it’s about being carefree in a thoughtful way. It’s about making choices guided by emotion and instinct, not by fear of judgment or overthinking what could go wrong. To be a kid at heart is to live freely, with curiosity and courage, just like we once did, before the world told us to be cautious.
