Honestly, it depends on what headspace I am in. There are times when I am deeply focused and productive, and other times, like now, when I find myself putting off working on my diet, routine, and schedule. I keep telling myself “just one more day,” but I know that even small pauses have their purpose. Sometimes, we need that space to reset and gather energy for what comes next. I trust that I will find the right rhythm again, and when I do, I will take it on with clarity and consistency.
